Colours Definition

Dictionary Definition: "The property possessed by an object of producing different sensations on the eye as a result of the way it reflects or emits light."

Words to describe colours: Vibrant, Neon, Pale, Stylish, Fun.

My Own Definition:

Colour is the result of various lines of light refracting into our eyes.

This picture is particularly eye catching due to the fact that it is not only a picture of colourful material,
but there are also droplets of water that reflect these colours.

I chose this picture due to the sheer amounts of various colours that it includes. Each house is a different colour, and it's taken at such an angle that makes it seem like it goes on forever.

This picture is a prime example of how colours can remind us of events or situations. These colours, for example (shady orange, wood brown) remind us of Autumn.

Finally, I like this picture because it shows how colours can define us, as people. People dye their hair different colours, and sometimes, your mood effects what clothing you choose to wear for the day. Colours are very important in social life, therefore.
